1. What types of cars do you sell?
We sell used and reconditioned vehicles, specializing in popular Japanese and Korean brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, and Honda.

2. What is the difference between used and reconditioned cars?

  • Used cars are locally owned vehicles that have been driven in Bangladesh.

  • Reconditioned cars are mostly imported, usually from Japan, and have been refurbished to look and run like new.

3. Where is your showroom located?
You can visit us at 100 Feet Road, Dhaka 1212.

4. Are your car prices negotiable?
Yes, we are open to reasonable negotiation depending on the car’s condition and availability.

5. Do you offer installment or loan facilities?
Currently, we do not offer in-house financing, but we can help guide you on the process if you’re applying for a car loan through a bank.

6. Do you take old cars in exchange?
Yes, we have an exchange facility. You can bring your old car, and we’ll evaluate its condition and offer a fair value toward your next purchase.

7. Are all your cars paper-verified and ready to transfer?
Yes. We ensure that all legal documents (registration, tax token, fitness, etc.) are updated and ready for ownership transfer.

8. Will you assist with name transfer or ownership processing?
Yes, we help customers with the ownership transfer process to make it hassle-free.


🚘 Car Condition & Inspection

9. Can I bring a mechanic or technician to inspect the car before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to inspect the car themselves or with a trusted mechanic for complete peace of mind.

10. Do your cars come with any warranty?
At the moment, we do not provide formal warranties, but we are transparent about the condition of each vehicle and offer test drives for full satisfaction.

11. Do you provide servicing or maintenance after purchase?
We don’t offer regular servicing, but we’re happy to recommend trusted local workshops and mechanics.

12. Can I return the car if I’m not satisfied after purchase?
All sales are final. However, we do our best to ensure you are fully informed and satisfied before completing the purchase.
